By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Halo Storm Solutions provides paintless dent repair (PDR) for hail damage, minor dents and dings, and fleet and dealership vehicles, with mobile service across Kansas. Estimates are free.

Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and are non-binding until we inspect your vehicle in person. Final pricing may change after inspection. We will inform you of any material change before proceeding.

Our PDR work is backed by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the exclusions described on our Warranty page. The warranty does not cover new damage from future incidents, misuse, or work we did not perform.

Scheduling is subject to availability. Estimated turnaround times are approximate and may be affected by parts, weather, insurance approvals, and storm-response volume. We will keep you informed of progress.

We assist with insurance coordination, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your claim information, any deductible, and confirming your coverage. Final claim decisions rest with your insurance carrier.

Insurance deductibles are due per your policy. Out-of-pocket repairs are due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Approved estimates must be accepted before work begins.

Please remove valuables and personal items before service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or for pre-existing damage not disclosed at inspection.

Our liability is limited to the repair work performed on your vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, rental costs, or loss of use beyond what is covered by your insurance.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to rebook.

You may not misuse this site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation. We may restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

Site content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Halo Storm Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kansas.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
