Halo Storm Solutions provides paintless dent repair (PDR), hail damage restoration, fleet and dealership PDR, and insurance claim assistance across TX, OK, KS, AR, MO, and IA.

Estimates and quotes provided via our website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may change after a physical inspection of your vehicle.

Repair timelines vary based on vehicle condition, panel count, parts availability, insurance approval, and repair complexity. We provide best-effort estimates but cannot guarantee specific completion times.

We assist with insurance documentation and communication as a convenience to our customers. Insurance claim approval, coverage, and payment are determined solely by your insurance provider. Halo Storm Solutions does not guarantee claim approval or any specific payout.

Completed PDR repairs are covered by our lifetime warranty against the specific dent returning under normal use. Standard exclusions apply, including subsequent collision damage, new impacts, rust or corrosion unrelated to the original repair, aftermarket paint work, and vehicles that undergo body work by third parties in the repaired area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Storm Solutions' liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
